  Yesterday, (3/09/16) I easily spent over an hour and a half riding my bike from Suffolk Park to the Industrial Estate to buy a lead for my dog. I arrived at the store 5 minutes past closing time (12pm) The lights were on, the lady was still inside, her bike was in the doorway. So after knocking a few times and being IGNORED I decided to call She explained to me that they were "obviously closed" and she had "already shutdown the register" I said "all I want is a lead, I don't even care about the change, keep it! I've come all this way on my bike, please! She still refused to serve me, apparently she didn't wanna make revenue for the company? So then I had to ride back home for another hour and half empty handed. My family has decided to take our business elsewhere from now on. Why bother shopping somewhere when the staff are rude and cant wait to run out the door?
